• This initial deposit is part of 10% deposit payment to hospital. It is non-refundable if you cancel, as it covers our consultation and coordination services.
• If you proceed with surgery, this fee is waived. We do not charge you any conceirge fees if you go ahead.
• If you would like to cancel surgery, we will then need to be reimbursed for all our work.
• You can reschedule your dates up to 48 business hours before surgery dates. However you may not be able to get another surgery date until 3-6 months later.

Day 1 – Initial Consultation & Planning

• Detailed discussion of your goals with your surgeon

• Professional translation services throughout (2-3 hour visit)

Day 2 – Pre-Surgery Preparation

Complete all required pre-operative assessments:

• Blood tests and medical examinations with internal medicine doctor
• Final pre-operative consultation with your surgeon
• Additional imaging if needed

Important: Strict fasting is required before surgery.

Day 3 – Surgery Day

FFS procedures typically take 2-8 hours depending on your personalised surgical plan.

• Overnight hospital stay with post-operative monitoring included if required
• Our team will coordinate with your family and provide regular updates

Days 4-6 – Initial Recovery

The first few days post-surgery involve peak swelling and bruising. You'll rest at your hotel then come to hospital for post operative care: Healite, oxygen chamber, hairwash service. Days 7-14 – Continued Recovery & Suture Removal

Significant improvement in swelling and bruising during this phase. You'll go to Nana Plastic Surgery for more after-care treatments.

Suture Removal Timeline:

• Eye surgery: 5 days
• Standard rhinoplasty: 10 days
• Complex rhinoplasty with rib cartilage: 14 days
• Jaw surgery: 10-14 days
• Brow bone reduction and lift: 10 days

Final Check-Up

Your surgeon will conduct a final post-operative assessment and clear you for travel once healing is progressing as expected.
