1. DEPOSIT
1.1 You will be required to pay an initial deposit of USD$1000 when booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date.
1.2 The deposit may be applied as a once-off contribution towards a procedure valued greater than AUD$3000 with our service providers booked through Glamjet with a surgery date within 12 months of the original Deposit Paid Date.
1.3 Surgery Deposits are non-refundable in the event that you are unable to attend your booked and scheduled surgery date, due to a government imposed travel restriction, government mandated medical restrictions, or personal reasons relating or not relating to the COVID-19.
1.4 Your Surgery Deposit may be used as a credit towards a new Glamjet surgery date within 12 months from payment of your original deposit upon our discretion.
2. AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION FEES
2.1 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client more than 30 days prior to the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of USD$500 or a Cancellation Fee of USD$1,200 plus the Service Provider’s fees.
2.2 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client within 30 days of the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of USD$750 or a Cancellation Fee of USD$1,200, plus the Service Provider’s fees.
2.3 Amendment or Cancellation by the Client within 7 days of the Confirmed Surgery Date will incur an Amendment fee of USD$1,000 or a Cancellation Fee of USD$1,200 plus the Service Provider’s fees.
2.4 Cancellation of the Surgery or Treatment by the Surgeon at the time of Consultation, or after the Consultation and prior to the Confirmed Surgery, and as a result of the Client’s non disclosure of medical history, medications or non compliance with pre-surgery Glamjet Guidelines and Conditions will incur a USD$2,200 Cancellation Fee, an Administration Fee of USD$500 will apply, and any reasonable Service Provider’s fees, incurred including but not limited to all medical tests at the hospital, surgeon consultation, hospital inpatient accommodation, and all transfers.
2.5 Where the Surgeon or the Medical Team to include the Anaesthetist cancels the Surgery in the interests of patient safety due to increased patient risk, and not as a result of the Client’s non disclosure of medical history, medications or non compliance with pre-surgery Glamjet Guidelines and Conditions, no Cancellation Fee will apply, however, an Administration Fee of USD$1,200 will apply, and any reasonable Service Provider’s fees incurred including but not limited to all medical tests at the hospital, surgeon consultation, hospital inpatient accommodation, translation service, and all transfers.
2.6 Cancellation of the Surgery by the Client at the time of Consultation with the Surgeon, or after the Consultation with the Surgeon and prior to the Confirmed Surgery due to change of mind will incur a USD$2,200 Cancellation Fee, an Administration Fee of USD$1,200 will apply, and any reasonable Service Provider’s fees incurred.
2.7 Cancelled Accommodation bookings within 30 days will also incur hotel cancellation fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the Accommodation.
2.8 The Deposit cannot be applied to Amendment and Cancellation Fees.
2.9 We strongly recommend that you take out a suitable Medical Tourism Travel Insurance Policy with appropriate coverage for Cancellation Fees.
3. FINANCE APPLICATION DENIED
3.1 In the event that you can provide evidence of being denied finance through a third party finance company or bank, within 10 business days of paying your deposit, you will be entitled to a refund of your Booking Deposit less an administrative fee of USD$500.
4. PROCESSING REFUNDS
4.1 Bank account details must be provided to Glamjet in writing by email. Once bank account details are received, refunds may take up to 1 week to process. Providing wrong account details for a refund will incur a AUD$50 re-processing fee.
4.2 Refunds are processed weekly on Fridays. Details not provided well in advance (minimum 3 days before) will not be processed until the following week.
5. COVID-19
In the event that you are unable to travel due to government imposed travel restrictions or government mandated medical restrictions, your surgery date maybe postponed with an administration fee of USD$500 plus service providers' fees if you notify us minimum 31 days before your surgery dates (except stem cells therapy). Each service providers will have their own refund policy and we cannot influence their decision. We do not offer free refund due to covid-19 reasons. Normal cancellation fee, administrative fees per clause 2 and deposit term per clause 1 still apply if you wish to cancel your booking. Please note, if government sanctioned restrictions are already in place at the time of booking your surgery and restrictions continue necessitating amendment or cancellation of your surgery booking, Glamjet will require a minimum of 31 days notice to amend the surgery date. In the event that government restrictions are imposed within 30 days of your scheduled surgery date, you will incur an administration fee of USD$1000 to amend the dates or cancellation fee of USD$1500 plus service providers' fees. Please note, cancelled accommodation bookings within 30 days will also incur hotel cancellation fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the Accommodation. Your initial deposit cannot be applied towards administration fee, cancellation fees, or service providers' fees. Glamjet is not responsible for advising of current applicable government travel restrictions and all clients must ensure they research and keep up to date with ongoing travel restrictions, by accessing the applicable government provided resources. We strongly recommend that you take out a suitable Travel Insurance Policy with appropriate coverage for Cancellation Fees.
