The required deposit for treatments booked through Glamjet.com.au usually ranges between 10%–30% of the total treatment cost, depending on the clinic and procedure.

To make it easy for our clients, Glamjet has a clear deposit structure:

💳 For packages under AUD $3,000: Initial deposit of $500.

Once your treatment plan is confirmed, the remaining deposit is paid according to the payment schedule set by the overseas clinic. This ensures your spot is secured while giving you flexibility to manage your finances.

💳 For packages from AUD $5,000 and above: Initial deposit of $1,200.

💳 For clients requesting Access My Super or loan application, minimum initial deposit of AUD $300 AUD is required to start preparing treatment plan and consultation. Before we send you the prepared documents for your applications, the remaining 10-30% deposit is payable upon request by our clinics or hospitals.

This process ensures our hospitals or clinics have confidence to block out time on calendar and prepare a care team for your arrival.

At Glamjet, we make the payment process simple and secure. Most of our clients choose to pay their deposit directly to us in Australia to our business bank account with Common Wealth Bank sing trusted channels such as Australian bank accounts or Stripe payment gateways for debit and credit cards. From there, our team helps transfer the funds to the overseas clinic on your behalf using wise or use our funds overseas to pay to clinics.

Payment using credit cards attracts 3.5% fees by your card & Stripe platform fees. As Glamjet.com.au do not charge any concierge fees in 2025, we cannot cover your fees.

This approach gives you:

Glamjet’s initial deposits are non-refundable. Our policy is:

💳 Packages under AUD $3,000: Non-refundable deposit of $500.

💡 Why is this fair?

Glamjet invest 50–100 hours of staff time to research clinics, prepare quotes, liaise with surgeons, plan itineraries, and secure bookings so you don’t have to.

If your trip goes ahead, this extensive concierge service is waived at no cost to you. Glamjet only receives an administrative service fee from our partner clinics and hospitals once your treatment is confirmed.

However, if you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, the initial deposit fairly covers the significant work already completed on your behalf. To put this in perspective: if we were to charge for concierge planning separately, the cost would be AUD $50 per hour × 50–100 hours which is AUD $2,500–$5,000. By keeping only the initial deposit, we ensure our services remain accessible, transparent, and excellent value.

The remaining deposit is refundable if you meet criteria of clinics or hospitals. Usually you need to cancel 30 days before your surgery dates. Please check with our team and check updated information of clinics and hospitals at least 30 days before your surgery dates by email.
