Why are consultation and planning services non-refundable?

Life happens, and we understand that. The following refund policy applies for our package travel deal:

• 50% refund can be made if you cancel up to 60 days before your travel date given we haven't booked your flights and hotel. If flights tickets have been issued, no refund will be given.
• 30% can be refunded if you cancel within 30 days before your travel date given we haven't booked your flights and hotel. If flights tickets and hotel has been booked, no refund will be given.
• 30% can be refunded if you cancel 30 days before your travel date given we haven't booked your flights and hotel. No refund will be given if flights and hotel have been booked.
• No refund will be given for no-show or cancellation within 7 days.

Why this policy exists? When we book for you to go overseas for treatment, we need to book entire 2 days of work plus another couple of hours for check up and adjustments. This is to ensure that you have efficient care within a short amount of time when you travel. When you cancel within 72 hours, your dental specialist loses an entire workday as they cannot secure replacement patients on short notice. his protects both the clinic's livelihood and ensures committed patients receive priority scheduling.

If a force majeure event like natural disasters, war, or pandemics make it impossible for us or our partners to fulfil our travel packages until future date. Your travel package maybe rescheduled or postponed until future date. No cancellation allowed. No compensation will be made to disruption of your connecting flights or travel plans.

We understand that life happens. The following fees applies to postpone or reschedule:

• Up to 7 days before your treatment date, you'll need to pay A$500 booking and administration fees plus applicable re-booking fees of airlines, hotel, visa.
• Within 7 days to 48 hours before treatment date, you'll need to pay A$1,000 booking administration fees plus applicable re-booking fees of airlines.
• Less than 48 hours, it will be treated as late cancellation. No refund is given. Full payment required for new dates which is subject to availability and price changes

We will not be able to honour the original price and you'll need to pay any additional increases in dental material costs, clinic fees according to their policy, flights, hotel rates, and clinic rescheduling charges.

You are allowed maximum one postponement. If you post pone again for the second time, we'll charge full price. No travel credit is given.
