When we book for you to go overseas for surgery, we need to book 2-3 hours of consultation, surgery room, surgeons' time 3-8 hours plus another couple of hours for check up and post-operation care. When you cancel within 72 hours, your plastic surgeon loses an entire workday as they cannot secure replacement patients on short notice. This policy protects both the clinic's operation and ensures committed patients receive priority scheduling.
