This fee is non-refundable for change of mind or other reasons. Please read our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. The remaining amount after tax, bank fees, and credit card fees can be applied towards your treatment. 🔍 We'll get 2-3 more quotes for you from other clinics, coordinate booking, and help you apply payment plans.
Step 2: Confirm Treatment & Travel Plan 🩺 When you've selected one provider, our doctor/surgeon will design a customized treatment plan. 💸 Payment terms: You'll have to pay 30%-50% of the deposit to the clinic directly within 1 week of booking. 💳 Most clinics will ask for full payment 30 days before the treatment. 📅 Our client manager will create an itinerary, connect you with our payment plan & medical tourism insurance provider if requested, and arrange airport transfers and a translator. ✈️ Our travel agent will help you make reservations for flights and accommodation.
Step 3: Arrival & In-person Consultation 🚗 Airport transfer and check-in at the hotel. 🏥 Meet our client manager at the clinic/hospital for scans, blood tests, and an in-person consultation to finalize your treatment plan. 🌴 After this, you may travel 3-7 days before your treatment or procedure for a holiday.
